Who We Are
Last year, Flagstaff Family Food Center distributed over 8.2 million pounds of food to families and individuals across Northern Arizona. Since January of this year alone, we have served nearly 220,000 hot meals to our neighbors in need. Since 1991, we have built something rare: an organization that is both deeply rooted in community and growing with real momentum.
We believe in neighbors feeding neighbors, every day. That is not just a slogan — it is how we show up, how we make decisions, and who we hire. We are looking for someone who feels that too.

The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to step into a high-impact development role at an organization that is doing extraordinary work and ready to do more. Reporting to the Vice President of Philanthropy, the Development Director will implement fundraising strategy, deepen donor relationships, and build the systems that allow our mission to scale.
We need a leader who can walk in the door with a portfolio and a point of view — someone who knows how to move donors, write grants that win, and bring strategic thinking to long-term pipeline development. We also need someone who is not above the details: cleaning up a CRM, building a reporting process, making sure the foundation is solid. And above all, someone who leads with humility and genuinely wants to be part of this community.
