SequelCare of Arizona provides office and community-based therapeutic services for adults and adolescents, located all
around the state of Arizona. We have therapeutic foster care homes and adolescent/adult group homes, providing a continuum of care as needed.

The Job

We are seeking talented individuals to help drive the success of youth in our communities.  As a Direct Care Staff you will provide direct supervision to adolescents ages 12 -18 and/or adults. You will serve as a role model and provide support & structure to the residents
in our care.

Snapshot of Daily Duties

·      Ensuring all client needs are met including but not limited to: meals provided, medications administered as prescribed,
all documentation completed by the end of the shift (DAPs, communication log, monthly reports, QA’s and incident reports as needed);

• Maintain routine order at the residential facilities and during activities
• Address group concerns according to Positive Peer Culture standards and elicit positive change for residents
• Transportation to and from various appointments and activities (in company vehicles);
•  Prevent and de-escalate crisis according to SCOA policy and protocols;

The Must Haves

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
• Over the age of 21
• Maturity, empathy and patience
• Be special – Not everyone can do what we do
• The ideal candidate must have the ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment and follow proper protocols
