JOB TITLE:  Equipment Remanufacturing Technician

POSITION:  Full-Time, hourly, starting at $21/hr (experience based), includes additional incentive opportunity
 
SUMMARY: 
This skilled warehouse-based position diagnoses, repairs and remanufactures vending machines, coolers, fountain systems and related equipment. The technician is responsible for selecting and completing appropriate repairs, using sound judgement and mechanical aptitude. The role requires repeated lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling heavy equipment.
SCHEDULE: 
- This job is Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4pm (30min auto lunch).Â
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Repair and perform maintenance on coolers, fountains, bar guns, ice makers and vending equipment. Remove / fix old parts and/or replace with new parts. 
- Lift, carry, pull, push and/or move as much as 55 pounds repeatedly over workday. 
- Using proper equipment, move vending machines weighing between 800 and 1200 pounds. 
- Maintains inventory control of assigned equipment to ensure adequate stock levels; participates in form inventory process on a regularly scheduled basis. 
- Maintains control of all assigned company property and ensures that equipment is always maintained in safe operating condition. 
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management. 
 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Companyis willing to train highly motivated candidates.
 
NOT REQUIRED BUT Helpful: 
- One-year certificate from college or technical school, six months to one-year related experience  
- 608 HVAC Certification 
- Understanding of Electrical systems 
- Knowledge of a voltmeter use
