JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for maintenance of assigned clinics.
Job Functions:
- Directly responsible for maintaining a preventive maintenance program within the confines of the annual budget. This includes all maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
- Directly responsible for cleanliness, inside and outside of the assigned clinics.
- Maintain a plan for fire evacuation and disaster response. Serves as facility Emergency Response Coordinator.
- Responsible for paper recycling program.
- Maintain up to date records for all state, federal, and insurance semi-annual and annual inspections.
- Provide training and supervise efforts of relief employees.
- Keep current on OSHA safety standards and implement them.
- Distribution and safeguarding of keys for buildings.
Joint Commission Responsibilities:
- Maintains a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment in compliance with all Policies and Procedures including but not limited to work areas, workstations, examination rooms, hand washing, infection prevention and control etc. for this position.
- Demonstrates an understanding of and proficiency with the application of all compliance and reporting requirements respective to Joint Commission Certification (JCC) standards.

Transportation:
- Employees in this position are required to have reliable transportation that can meet any operational reassignments of the organization during the workday. If an employee is driving during work hours, the employee is required to possess a valid driver’s license and must comply with Arizona vehicle insurance requirements.
