The Position Specifics

Servers at Oakmont provide attentive, knowledgeable, and timely service that enhances the guest experience. You’re a crucial part of the team, helping the restaurant run smoothly while creating lasting impressions.

Responsibilities

Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and beverages
Deliver food and drinks efficiently, check in with guests, and anticipate needs
Support team members by assisting with seating, bussing tables, and other tasks as needed
Maintain clean and organized service areas, including tables, terminals, and refrigeration units
Observe guests to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to concerns

Requirements

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
Valid Food Handlers’ certification and Title 4 Basic certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings preferred
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
