Occupational Therapist | Full-Time Opportunity

Location: Somerset, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve the skills they need for day-to-day life. In this role, you will evaluate functional limitations, create treatment plans, and provide therapy that supports independence, safety, and progress. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys practical, patient-focused work and values steady collaboration with a clinical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Provide therapy focused on daily living skills, mobility, coordination, and independence
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
  • Educate patients and family members on home exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment
  • Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Communicate with physicians and other healthcare staff regarding treatment progress
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
  • Current NBCOT certification
  • Previous clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • PTO
