Employee Solutions Talent Coordinator

Summary

The Employee Solutions Talent Coordinator serves the Employee Solutions (Human Resources) team and the agency by coordinating the organization’s Talent Acquisition Program. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire exceptional talent in support of the organization's mission and strategic workforce goals. This role recruits for a broad range of clinical, non-clinical, leadership, and support positions and collaborates closely with Hiring Managers. The Employee Solutions Talent Coordinator maintains accurate recruitment data, monitors key performance metrics, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent, professional service to all internal and external customers while adhering to departmental service standards on quality and timeliness. 
  • Coordinate the organization’s overall Talent Acquisition Program. 
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for clinical, non-clinical, leadership, and support positions.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, community events, colleges, and professional organizations to promote employment opportunities and strengthen employer branding.
  • Maintain accurate job requisitions, applicant records and recruitment documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Source candidates and promotes open positions through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, professional associations, career fairs, educational institutions, and other recruitment channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and desired candidate qualifications.
  • Support Hiring Managers by reviewing incoming applications, conducting candidate phone screens to assess qualifications and experience, participating in team interviews as needed, 
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Monitors and reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline activity, offer acceptance rates, and vacancy trends.
  • Collaborate with Chief Leadership Officer and Marketing Team to develop recruitment materials, social media campaigns, and internal employee communications specific to the Talent Acquisition Program.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

  • BS in HR Management, Business Administration, or degree with related experience, preferred 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years Recruitment experience, Healthcare preferred
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume tasks with little to no supervision 
  • Proven ability to work with highly confidential information 
  • Experience effectively collaborating with a diverse group

Licensures & Certifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License and proof of valid automobile insurance

 

Summary of Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time; in excess of four hours per day 
  • Walking, standing, sitting, driving 
  • Hand dexterity to include writing; typing; filing records 
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds 
  • Specific vision abilities required are close vision and distance vision with the ability to adjust focus
