We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Yard Associate to support daily yard operations and ensure our equipment, materials, and tools are organized, maintained, and job ready. This is a hands on role that plays a critical part in keeping projects running efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and heavy equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and well organized yard and storage areas
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment and company vehicles
Stage and prepare materials for upcoming projects and job sites
Assist with deliveries, pickups, and inventory management
Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures
Identify and report equipment issues, damages, or operational concerns
Support field crews and team members with general labor and yard operations

Qualifications & Skills

Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and punctuality
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and working on your feet
Experience in construction, warehouse, yard operations, or equipment handling preferred
Organized with attention to detail and ability to maintain structured workspaces
Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
