Pay information…

• Guaranteed daily rate starting at $800/day during the orientation period (based on experience and clinical capabilities)
• Earn 32%+ adjusted production compensation, with opportunities to increase through the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay Program
• No cap on your earning potential

What you’ll bring to the team…

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care with clinical excellence.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their oral health.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, specialists, and office leadership to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and infection control.

What we require you have…

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

This practice is best suited for a provider who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and is excited to build confidence through a high volume of comprehensive dentistry.
