THE OPPORTUNITYĀ

The PorterĀ maintainsĀ the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, ensuringĀ common areas, amenities, and exterior spaces meetĀ high standards. This roleĀ is responsible forĀ trash removal, light maintenance tasks, andĀ assistingĀ with apartment turnover preparation. By creating a clean and welcoming environment, the Porter plays a key role in resident satisfaction.Ā

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESāÆāÆĀ
- Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds,Ā swimming pools and spas,Ā parking lots,Ā breezewaysĀ andĀ common areas.āÆĀ
- Ensure cleanliness,Ā functionalityĀ and safety of amenitiesĀ at all times.āÆāÆĀ
- AssistĀ in the unit turn process by removing items left byĀ previousĀ residents.āÆĀ
- DeliverĀ notices, manage trash removal, and promptly address debris or hazards on the property.āÆĀ Work independently while following company standards,Ā demonstratingĀ attention to detail, andĀ maintainingĀ a commitment to resident satisfaction.āÆĀ
- Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.āÆĀ
- Support the team with other duties as needed toĀ maintainĀ resident satisfaction and property standards.āÆāÆāÆĀ

CANDIDATE PROFILEāÆāÆāÆāÆāÆāÆĀ
- PreviousĀ experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.āÆĀ
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.āÆĀ
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach toĀ maintainingĀ company standards.āÆĀ
- Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.):āÆĀ
- Over 75 lbs.Ā Ā Rare needāÆĀ
- 25 ā 75 lbs.Ā Ā Occasional needāÆĀ
- 1 ā 25 lbs.Ā Ā Constant needāÆĀ
