Ridley Block Operations, an Alltech company, manufactures and markets block supplements, loose minerals, and dried molasses. Products are sold under highly recognized and proprietary brand names, including CRYSTALYX®, SWEETLIX®, ULTRALYX® and STOCKADE® Brands, in addition to a number of controlled and private labels.  We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in a Utility Operator role at our plant in Flemingsburg, KY.

This full-time position will learn the operation of the different processes in the production area along with operating the batching system for our low moisture blocks.

Qualifications/Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Committed to work in a safe environment and follow OSHA standards
• Control room operation experience
• Basic maintenance skills
• Be able to read and follow procedures
• Complete required paperwork and data entry
• Good computer and math skills
• Work well in a team environment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Feed mill experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Work in natural climate conditions
• Climb ladders and be physically active throughout the shift
