As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while working closely with our Service Advisors and fellow technicians to provide a quality customer experience.

What You'll Do

Diagnosis & Repair

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and more complex mechanical repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.

Team & Customer Support

• Communicate vehicle needs and repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Work closely with other technicians and dealership departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Help ensure repairs are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

Quality & Safety

• Maintain high standards for workmanship and productivity.
• Stay current with automotive technology, repair procedures, and training.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of main shop automotive technician experience required.
• Experience with multiple vehicle makes and models is a plus.
• ASE certifications and factory training are a plus.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Own professional set of tools.
