ServiceMaster Restore® – Disaster Restoration & Reconstruction

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects from planning through completion. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout
  • Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams
  • Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
  • Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects
 
Preferred Qualifications 
 
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervision
  • Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
  • Experience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
  • OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus
