OB Surgical Technician I-L&D

Performs a variety of duties in the obstetrical area supportive to the delivery of quality patient care. Participates in quality assessment and continuous quality improvement activities. Complies with all appropriate safety and infection control standards. Performs all job duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner according to the Hurley Family Standards of Behavior.Works under the supervision of the Nurse Manager or designee who reviews work for compliance with established policies and procedures. Also works under the supervision of an RN or MLPN. May assist in the direction of ancillary nursing personnel assigned to the obstetrical area.
