The Care Team Hospice is seeking an Administrator to oversee branch operations, support interdisciplinary collaboration, drive operational excellence, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily branch operations and support efficient clinical and administrative workflows • Partner with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient care and operational goals • Support compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards • Assist with staff support, engagement, and operational oversight across the branch • Monitor branch performance metrics, productivity, and patient experience initiatives • Collaborate with referral sources, community partners, and leadership teams to support branch growth and service excellence • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on compassion, accountability, and quality care Qualifications• Healthcare leadership or operations experience preferred • Hospice, home health, or healthcare management experience preferred • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Experience with healthcare operations, compliance, and workflow management preferred Field Role Requirements • Active driver’s license • Ability to pass a criminal background check • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check • Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy • Current CPR certification as required for the role
