The Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll help lead a high-performing team to:

  • Achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional member experiences
  • Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Step in to lead the branch in the manager’s absence

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of financial institution experience in member services
  • Leadership or management experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, service, and sales skills
  • A positive, outgoing, relationship-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of lending products and sales strategies
  • Ability to obtain FiCEP certification
