The Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll help lead a high-performing team to:

Achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional member experiences
Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance
Coach and develop team members
Step in to lead the branch in the manager’s absence

What You Bring

3–5 years of financial institution experience in member services
Leadership or management experience (preferred)
Strong communication, service, and sales skills
A positive, outgoing, relationship-focused mindset
Knowledge of lending products and sales strategies
Ability to obtain FiCEP certification
