The Role
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll help lead a high-performing team to:
- Achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional member experiences
- Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance
- Coach and develop team members
- Step in to lead the branch in the manager’s absence
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of financial institution experience in member services
- Leadership or management experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, service, and sales skills
- A positive, outgoing, relationship-focused mindset
- Knowledge of lending products and sales strategies
- Ability to obtain FiCEP certification
