Must have 5+ years successfully managing  all phases of affordable/subsidized housing including budgets and variance reporting, resident relations, staff management, facilities management and compliance . Michigan Real Estate License required. CAM, ARM or CAPS designation preferred.  EOE   QualificationsQualifications: Valid Driver's license Previous experience in property management or other related fields Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Familiarity with Section 8 & LIHTC Ability to build rapport with tenants Excellent written and verbal communication skills
