What You’ll Do

As our Start‑of‑Care RN, you’ll be the one who kicks off each patient’s journey with us. Your role is vital, meaningful, and full of impact. You will:

• Complete start‑of‑care assessments with accuracy, compassion, and confidence

• Build trust with patients and families from the very first visit

• Develop individualized care plans that set patients up for success

• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and the clinical team to ensure seamless transitions

• Document efficiently using our supportive EMR system

• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the team

• Bring positivity, professionalism, and a can‑do attitude to every day

What You Bring

• Active RN license

• Strong clinical assessment skills

• Home health or start‑of‑care experience preferred, but we’ll train the right superstar
