Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning of all areas within AFC homes, including resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and hallways
- Operate and maintain floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and other cleaning equipment
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, strip, wax, and buff floors as required
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces and disinfect all areas to control the spread of bacteria and viruses
- Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
- Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor promptly
- Follow all health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and company cleaning standards

- High School Diploma or聽GED聽
- Prior supervisory experience聽
- Valid driver鈥檚 license聽
- Reliable transportation聽聽
- Previous聽custodial/janitorial experience (preferred)聽
