Marketing Manager

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating Regional Medical Imaging's marketing, physician engagement, community outreach, and brand initiatives. This position serves as the primary liaison between RMI leadership, internal stakeholders, external marketing partners, and community organizations to ensure marketing efforts align with the organization's strategic goals and deliver measurable business results.

The Marketing Manager oversees physician outreach initiatives, referral growth strategies, community engagement, brand consistency, and marketing operations while providing leadership to the Marketing Field Representative. As RMI's marketing strategy continues to evolve, this role will adapt to meet the organization's changing business needs and partnerships.

Essential Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Partner with executive leadership to support marketing initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Serve as the primary internal liaison with external marketing agencies and creative partners.
  • Ensure all marketing materials accurately reflect RMI's mission, values, services, and brand.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, community, and physician audiences.
  • Evaluate marketing effectiveness and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Physician & Business Development

  • Support physician relationship and referral growth initiatives.
  • Monitor referral trends and identify opportunities to strengthen referring physician relationships.
  • Collaborate with operations and clinical leaders to enhance the referring provider experience.
  • Assist in developing outreach strategies for new physicians, service lines, and geographic markets.

Leadership

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the Marketing Field Representative.
  • Establish priorities, goals, and performance expectations.
  • Coordinate outreach activities and evaluate effectiveness.

Community Engagement

  • Coordinate community partnerships, sponsorships, and outreach activities.
  • Represent RMI at community events and networking opportunities.
  • Support physician appreciation events and community education initiatives.

Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate production of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Manage reputation management initiatives, online reviews, and community presence.
  • Assist with website content, social media coordination, advertising, and public relations activities.
  • Support internal communication and organizational recognition initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key marketing and referral metrics.
  • Prepare reports for executive leadership regarding marketing performance and business development initiatives.
  • Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of progressive experience in marketing, healthcare, business development, physician relations, or related field.
  • Healthcare marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience working with external vendors and marketing agencies preferred.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with occasional evening and weekend hours to support community events and organizational initiatives.
