RN Clinical Supervisor – Private Duty Nursing

What You'll Do

✔ Complete patient assessments and admissions

✔ Develop and oversee individualized care plans

✔ Conduct supervisory visits and ensure quality patient care

✔ Medication reconciliation and clinical oversight

✔ Mentor and support field clinicians

✔ Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

✔ Step in to provide hands-on patient care when needed

Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
  • Experience in private duty nursing
  • Experience overseeing field-based clinical staff
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to provide hands-on patient care as needed
  • Willingness to travel within the service area
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Eligible to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in home health or private duty nursing
  • Experience with quality improvement or clinical program support
  • Minimum 2 years of home health care experience
  • Knowledge of state home care regulations, supervisory visit documentation requirements, and private duty care standards
  • Experience with charting and care plan documentation
