Generates and accepts Social Work referrals, applies casework process, performs department duties, documents activities and performs social work functions of counseling, referral/resource acquisition/and case consultation and coordination.

- Possess a Masters degree in Social Work from accredited higher educational institution.
- Michigan Licensure as Masters Level Social Worker (L.M.S.W.). with a Clinical Specialty required
- Enrollment in Academy for Certified Social Workers
- One year of related experience
