Job Description
Responsibilities:
ā Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
ā Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members
ā Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
ā Provide Best in Class Customer Service
ā Increase Sales and Profit Potential
Qualifications
ā Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
ā Customer Service experience (required)
ā Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
ā Valid driver's license (required)
ā High School education or equivalent
ā Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
ā Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
ā Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
ā Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
ā Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
