Setup Technician (M-F) 7am-3:30pm

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

• To perform assigned set up responsibilities in a manner that meets or exceeds the requirements of the organization and its customers.

• MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• To perform assigned daily routine.
• Assist in making sure all molds are kept in good working condition.
• To perform set ups in molding departments as required.
• To provide backup technical support to production and other internal customers.
• Assist with new machines and new molds during debugging stage.
• Perform specified functions of Maintenance and Engineering Manager his absence.
• Perform specified functions of equipment repair as require
• To report any vital information concerning quality, safety, and productivity to the proper personnel.
• To assist in maintaining a quality, clean, and safe working environment.
• Know and understand Silgan Company policies and procedures
