JOB SUMMARY
Remove and replace or reflow ball-grid array components (BGA鈥檚), as production line repair.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support manufacturing in the removal, replacement, and reflow of BGA components.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Visually analyze x-ray to determine circuit shorts or insufficient solder.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure quality (work meets or exceed Jabil workmanship Standards) and improve efficiency through the use of the CIQ system.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Fill out daily logs and other paperwork as required.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure assemblies are properly handled and marked.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 All repairs will follow Jabil鈥檚 repair techniques.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to write simple correspondence.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Read and understand visual aid.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to calculate quantity of parts to be prepped and ready for use at any time.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
