Job DetailsJob Location: Camco Plant - FLORENCE, KY 41042-3010Job Shift: 1st ShiftJOB SUMMARY: The Liquid & Powder Blending Department Manager oversees all shifts within both the Liquid and Powder Blending department, ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes. This role involves managing staff, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing production workflows. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and Manage Staff: Oversee all shift managers/supervisors and production staff, ensuring proper training, performance evaluation, and adherence to company policies. Production Oversight: Ensure all bottling operations run smoothly across all shifts, meeting production targets and maintaining product quality. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with the procurement team as needed. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving consistent team development and process evaluation. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, staff performance, and operational issues to senior management. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the chemical or liquid bottling industry. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
