As Chemille evolves into a next-generation intelligent platform, we are seeking aĀ Digital UX OwnerĀ to own the end-to-end user experience for Chemille’s AI-powered ecosystem while creating a delivery vehicle that is intuitive, visually cohesive, and aligned with business objectives. Ā The ideal candidate will have strong UX/UI Product Management fundamentals and advocate for UX/UI quality across all pages,Ā featuresĀ and customer touchpoints.Ā 

ResponsibilitiesĀ 

Product Vision & StrategyĀ Ā 
• Define and maintain the overall UX vision and design principles by establishing site standardsĀ 
• Ensure consistency in look, feel, and interaction patternsĀ 
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraintsĀ 
Ā 
Design & ExecutionĀ 
• Own overall strategic direction for the Chemille user interface and userĀ experienceĀ 

• DevelopĀ user personas and journey maps to communicate design ideas effectivelyĀ 
• Maintain the design system and style guideĀ 
• Design responsive layouts that work for both desktop and mobileĀ 
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are metĀ 
Ā 
Research & ValidationĀ 
• Conduct user research and usability testing (SUS, NPS, CSAT, etc.)Ā 
• Analyze utilization and behavior data to identify friction pointsĀ 
• Run A/B tests and translate findings into design improvementsĀ 

• Own the measurement of user satisfaction across desktop and mobileĀ 
Ā 
Collaboration & ProcessĀ 
• Work closely with product managers, UX developers, and content teams to ensure designs are implemented and designed to delightĀ 
• Review UI implementation and facilitate design reviews to gain stakeholder feedbackĀ 
Ā 
Ownership & AdvocacyĀ 
• Serve as the final decision maker on UX/UI matters for ChemilleĀ 
• Advocate for users and design best practicesĀ 
• Stay current on UX/UI best practices and design trends to bring relevant ideas to the teamĀ 
• Develop,Ā maintain, and lead a UX/UI Center of Excellence toĀ establishĀ templates,Ā trainingĀ and best practicesĀ 

QualificationsĀ 

  • BachelorsĀ degree and at least 5 years ofĀ UX/UI experience in researching, designing, developing, and implementing digital productsĀ 
  • Strong portfolioĀ showcasingĀ strong UX/UI visual design work and innovative solutionsĀ 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersĀ 
  • Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools to create visual prototypesĀ 
  • Experience with user research methods to understandĀ utilizationĀ patterns and recommend improvementsĀ
