As Chemille evolves into a next-generation intelligent platform, we are seeking a Digital UX Owner to own the end-to-end user experience for Chemille’s AI-powered ecosystem while creating a delivery vehicle that is intuitive, visually cohesive, and aligned with business objectives.  The ideal candidate will have strong UX/UI Product Management fundamentals and advocate for UX/UI quality across all pages, features and customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy • Define and maintain the overall UX vision and design principles by establishing site standards• Ensure consistency in look, feel, and interaction patterns• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraintsDesign & Execution• Own overall strategic direction for the Chemille user interface and user experience

• Develop user personas and journey maps to communicate design ideas effectively• Maintain the design system and style guide• Design responsive layouts that work for both desktop and mobile• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are metResearch & Validation• Conduct user research and usability testing (SUS, NPS, CSAT, etc.)• Analyze utilization and behavior data to identify friction points• Run A/B tests and translate findings into design improvements

• Own the measurement of user satisfaction across desktop and mobileCollaboration & Process• Work closely with product managers, UX developers, and content teams to ensure designs are implemented and designed to delight• Review UI implementation and facilitate design reviews to gain stakeholder feedbackOwnership & Advocacy• Serve as the final decision maker on UX/UI matters for Chemille• Advocate for users and design best practices

• Stay current on UX/UI best practices and design trends to bring relevant ideas to the team

• Develop, maintain, and lead a UX/UI Center of Excellence to establish templates, training and best practices

Qualifications

•  Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of UX/UI experience in researching, designing, developing, and implementing digital products•  Strong portfolio showcasing strong UX/UI visual design work and innovative solutions

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

•  Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools to create visual prototypes

•  Experience with user research methods to understand utilization patterns and recommend improvements
