Job DetailsJob Location: Camco Plant - FLORENCE, KY 41042-3010Job Shift: 1st ShiftWith guidance from the Shift Manager, the Department Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a designated production department, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-driven performance. This role leads and develops employees, supports production goals, and promotes continuous improvement while working closely with the Shift Manager and production team. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training employees. Supervise daily departmental operations and workflow. Coach, develop, and support employee performance. Assist with performance evaluations and corrective actions. Delegate responsibilities and maintain accountability within the team. Perform other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Promote and maintain a strong Safety First culture. Lead, motivate, and develop Operators and Lead Operators. Monitor productivity, quality, labor utilization, and departmental performance. Partner with Inventory Control to optimize inventory accuracy and minimize material loss. Maintain accountability for department-assigned equipment, vehicles, and rentals.
