Onsite: 
This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around  Florence, NJ and able to work 1st shift scheduled Monday to Friday with flexibility for longer hours based off of business and peak needs. 

The Role: 

As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You’ll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support our clients and customers. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency 
• Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy 
• Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics 
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership 
• Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies 
• Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging

• No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and work hard 

Nice to Haves: 

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment 
• Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
