We are looking for a Project Manager, responsible for leading the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of an underground (UG) mining project. This role drives daily operations while building systems, teams, and production discipline required to meet development and/or stoping targets. The Superintendent ensures alignment with project schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements, and fosters a performance culture grounded in safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements


  • 10+ years underground mining experience, including leadership roles.

  • 3–5+ years in Superintendent / Senior Supervisor / Shift Boss capacity.

  • Proven track record leading UG mining projects through ramp-up or expansion phases.

  • Strong understanding of UG mining methods, ground control, ventilation, drill/charge/blast, hauling, and backfill (as relevant).

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver against schedule, budget, and production targets.

  • Working knowledge of mine planning principles and production reconciliation.

  • Familiarity with UG mobile equipment fleets and maintenance interface.
