Job Overview:

The Warehouse Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in warehouse operations, demonstrating proficiency in administrative duties, professional communication, and managing special projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently coordinate warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations on behalf of Warehouse Management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level administrative support to Warehouse Management
  • Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Prepare written and visual materials for Operations use including spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and signage.
  • Execute special projects within the warehouse as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts, drafting and sending professional emails and other correspondence.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment. 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • As assigned by the Manager

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and standard Microsoft office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professional email correspondence.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Canva or other creative software preferred but not required

 

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience, along with relevant work experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative role
