Job Overview: Under the supervision of a manager or a team leader, Warehouse Picker 2 performs tasks such as scanning, receiving, sorting, picking, storing, taking inventory, and preparing merchandise for order replenishment.
Essential Responsibilities: Warehouse Picker 2 job duties may include but are not limited to the following: Move merchandise to designated areas for inspection and stocking Ensuring accuracy of product selection Scan items against order slips to ensure full order is filled with correct merchandise Assist with packing materials distribution and disposal of empty boxes Utilization of OPEX machinery system Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer’s orders Warehouse management system usage to make accurate inventory changes Use of hand scanner and dual screens to enter data in a computer system
Additional Responsibilities: As assigned by the Manager
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must be able to Lift up to 50lbs independently Extended periods of standing/walking (10 hours/day) Attention to detail and ability to count Must be able to locate and identify specific items Must be able to use dual screen computer to enter data in system
