Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Management:
- Analyze complex datasets within Oracle ERP to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop strategies for data cleansing, transformation, and normalization to maintain data integrity.
- Design and implement data models, structures, and pipelines for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Development and Customization:
- Customize Oracle ERP applications to meet specific business requirements and improve system functionality.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, and stored procedures for data extraction and reporting.
- Implement and maintain data interfaces, integrations, and ETL processes.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle ERP databases and applications.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, database tuning, and optimization opportunities.
- System Support and Documentation:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP data-related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including data standards, procedures, and configurations.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and knowledge sharing on Oracle ERP data management best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience 10 as a Data Analyst, Developer, or similar role in Oracle ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, data modeling, and schema design.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Experience with Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle BI.
