Responsibilities

  1. Asset Management– Manage office equipment and warehouse facilities; conduct regular inventory checks and maintain asset records.

  2. Procurement Management– Handle daily purchasing, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely material delivery.

  3. Contract Management– Organize and archive contracts; provide contract support for procurement and asset management.

  4. Budget Tracking & Analysis– Monitor budget execution and assist in preparing/adjusting budget reports.

  5. HR & Administrative Support– Support HR admin tasks, employee activities, and corporate culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education:Associate's degree or above; 2+ years of relevant experience; asset/procurement/contract management experience preferred.

  • Experience:Good understanding of U.S. culture and holidays; multicultural experience preferred.

  • Skills:Strong communication and teamwork; proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, and relevant management tools.

  • Language:Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); able to communicate and negotiate with local suppliers.

  • Others:Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
