JOB SUMMARY
This dual rate team member will perform Cage Cashier duties and Main Banker duties on different days. Â
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cage Cashier Responsibilities:Â
- Responsible for cashing customers out, giving correct change, and answering customer questions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift. Assuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.
- Keeping cash drawer balanced and impressed. Making exchanges with vault.
- Verifying and documenting personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
- Completing CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
- Responsible for customer relations. Ensure safety and security of employees and customers.
- Other duties as assigned Â
Main Banker Responsibilities:Â
- Responsible for accurate control over gaming
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate operational bankrolls
- Responsible for maintaining adequate NRT cassette inventory
- Ensures the safety and security of employees and customers. Manages process and procedures to control and reduce loss time injuries.
- Review vault activities with Cash Operations Supervisor and/or Manager of Cash Operations and Player Services.
- May be asked to substitute as a Cage Cashier from time to time.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of higher education or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 2-5 years’ experience in gaming or banking operations.
- Must be able to obtain license to work at facility from regulatory body.
Must be available to work when needed, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
