Assure the client experience is relaxing and flow of the appointment is smooth by performing all services to the client’s comfort level.
Follow the laws of draping.
Keep each room set up to spa specifications as well as clean and stocked.
Communicate all client challenges to Spa Director.
Learn and perform hydrotherapy treatments while keeping current on wellness, body information, and new trends.
Suggest add-on services to aid in your client’s needs and sell retail through educating clients.
Maintain client files, write thank you notes, and continue with follow-up calls.
Other duties as assigned.
