Entry-Level Sales Professional

Lawn Pride is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our sales team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.

You’ll be responsible for engaging with potential customers in residential areas, presenting our products/services, and closing sales. No prior sales experience? No problem—we provide training and support to help you succeed!

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Some Saturday work required during peak seasons

Requirements:

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Pay

The compensation structure for this position is a flat base plus commissions. The criteria will be determined by the Sales professional and General Manager.
