Other duties may be assigned.     Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers. Focuses on First Resolution Working in Call Center environment Schedules appointments for family practice providers. Create telephone encounter for Specialty offices. Refill Request for family practice providers, within proper criteria. Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable. Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.     Maintains virtual fax, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes. Clinic front desk duties when needed, patient check in/out, collect copays Handle provider letters mailed to patients QualificationsEducation and/or Experience                                                    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   Other Skills and Abilities Ability to speak fluent Spanish preferred
