About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! In this role, you'll bring ideas to life through compelling visuals that captivate audiences and elevate our brand. Responsibilities:

Develop and produce high-quality visual content including graphics, layouts, and marketing materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design projects
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials
Create assets for web, social media, advertising, and internal communications
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders into final designs
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and capabilities
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Experience with both print and digital design formats
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
