Role Overview
Employee will be responsible for customer pricing, commercial operations, and business analytics for the Xiromed Portfolio. This also includes any pricing activities relating to new product launches
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Track, evaluate, and respond to pricing challenges/bids for assigned retail or institutional customer accounts
Conduct NDC assignments and confirm product opportunities with existing portfolio
Coordinate with sales and supply chain regarding open bids and ability to supply requests
Develop pricing and send proposals, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations
Provide P&L analysis in support of pricing recommendations
Analyze the value of bid results and communicate internally, as appropriate
Provide pricing communications to our 3PL and rebate processor regarding price changes on a timely basis
Prepare customer or internal presentations with business analytics
Manage various steps in the new launch process such as pricing compendia notification, wholesaler setups, stocking offers, and 3PL setup
Monitor customer awards and product markets to advise on strategic adjustments
Manage pricing communications between 3PL and rebate processor – includes clearing appropriate pricing errors
Product, customer, and rebate setups with 3PLs
Maintain quarterly Apexus 340B and Sub WAC price compliance
Document intel and keep up to date on latest market trends
Manage daily activities of the Pricing Analyst, including providing training and guidance on priorities and action items. Provide regular insight and feedback on learnings and job performance.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with new launch packet items and customer product setups
Coordinate with Finance team with regarding sales forecasts and rebates
Work with Xiromed Customer Service regarding PO price verification
Assist with customer compliance and customer trends
Provide reports and sales data to the team as requested
Track pricing metrics and provide analysis, as requested
Work with Xiromed Customer Service regarding purchase orders
Stay up to date on contracts and rebate changes to update iContracts accordingly

Requirements and personal skills
Education: BA in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
Languages: English, Spanish is a plus.
Experience (years/area): 4-7 years of experience in generic pharmaceuticals with pricing, new product launches, etc. (retail and/or institutional).
Specific Knowledge: Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with IQVIA and pricing databases (PriceRx, Analysource, ProspectoRx) is a plus.
Travel: Not required. Occasional travel may be possible.
Personal skills: General management skills, strong interpersonal and people development skills, strong results-orientation, superior leadership skills, ability to anticipate problems and solve them successfully.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
