About the Role

Link High Technologies, a managed IT services provider serving regulated industries (manufacturing, healthcare, government, finance) across the NJ/NY/PA metro area, is growing — and it's time to grow our marketing beyond canned, templated content. We're hiring a Marketing Manager to build a real, custom marketing function from the ground up: original content, a lead-generation engine we own, and a brand that reflects who we actually are, not a vendor's boilerplate. This is a hands-on, builder's role — you'll own the strategy and execute it yourself, working directly with ownership and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Link High's marketing program from the ground up — moving us off generic, templated MSP marketing materials and into original content, messaging, and campaigns that reflect our actual clients, expertise, and voice
  • Own marketing strategy end-to-end: brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning for an audience of IT decision-makers in manufacturing, healthcare, and other regulated sectors
  • Build and run a lead-generation engine across inbound and outbound channels — email, paid and organic social, digital advertising — with clear pipeline and ROI accountability to sales
  • Own SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization): make sure Link High ranks and gets cited when prospects search Google and ask AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) for an MSP in our market
  • Manage and evolve the website and content strategy, including SEO-informed content, original case studies, and sales enablement materials
  • Plan and execute events — webinars, trade shows, and tri-state-area networking events (no cold calling)
  • Own marketing analytics and reporting: track KPIs, campaign performance, and lead-to-pipeline conversion, and translate results into recommendations for leadership
  • Manage the marketing budget and vendor/tool stack; may manage or mentor a Marketing Coordinator as the team grows
  • Partner closely with sales and executive leadership to align marketing output with revenue goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, with direct experience marketing for an MSP, IT services, or B2B technology company
  • A track record of building original marketing programs and content — not just executing a vendor's or franchise's pre-packaged materials
  • Demonstrated success with SEO and lead-generation campaigns, with real numbers to show for it
  • Hands-on experience with marketing/SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics) and CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting strategy and results to ownership/leadership
  • Comfortable owning a function independently, with minimal day-to-day oversight
  • Able to work on-site 3 days/week in Florham Park

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and/or Instantly.ai
  • Familiarity with AEO / generative-search optimization (schema markup, structured content, off-site authority building)
  • Prior experience marketing to regulated industries (manufacturing, healthcare, finance, government)
  • Experience helping a company transition from outsourced/agency marketing to an in-house function

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000–$75,000 base salary
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with 3% company match
  • Disability coverage
  • PTO increasing with tenure, plus paid holidays
  • Paid certification exam preparation
  • Professional development opportunities
