About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and strategic Product Manager to join our team in Florham Park, NJ. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping product vision, driving development, and delivering solutions that make a real impact. Responsibilities:

Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs
Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to drive product development from concept to launch
Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
Monitor product performance using KPIs and data analytics to drive continuous improvement
Prioritize features and enhancements within the product backlog using agile methodologies
Communicate product updates, timelines, and strategy to internal stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in product management or a related role
Proven ability to define product strategy and execute on a product roadmap
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
Experience working in agile/scrum development environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead without direct authority
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
