About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and strategic Product Owner to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! In this role, you'll be at the heart of product development, bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution. Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring stories are clearly written and prioritized
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
Partner with development and UX teams throughout the agile sprint cycle
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review sessions
Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to guide decisions
Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal stakeholders
Identify and resolve impediments to ensure timely product delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product management role
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based development
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
