About the Role:
We're looking for a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team in Florham Park, NJ! In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through innovative test automation strategies. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for software applications
- Execute automated and manual test cases to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
- Analyze test results, document defects, and track issues through resolution
- Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing across multiple environments
- Contribute to QA best practices, standards, and process improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in QA automation engineering or a similar software testing role
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar frameworks
- Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, testing life cycles, and defect management
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
