As a CTS Supervisor, you will be responsible for:  Prepares and reviews tax returns, extensions, and projections for various clients (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, Individual)  Knowledge of Federal and State tax law Perform tax research to resolve issues Maintain frequent contact with client and handle day-to-day client relationship issues Effectively communicates engagement needs to the client and handles day-to-day client needs, proactively ensuring the Manager, Director or Partner is apprised of any issues Trains, develops and mentors junior staff  Takes an active approach to building network (internal and external) and participates in Firm business development opportunities   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in taxation preferred   5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a mid-size public accounting firm  CPA preferred Possess advanced knowledge of federal and state tax laws – corporate, individual, and partnership taxation    Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate strong client services skills Be highly motivated and able to work individually and in team settings Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills Knowledge of CCH Axcess, Sureprep, XCM and Caseware is a plus
