About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Florham Park, NJ! Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, content, and communications

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deadlines are met
Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and CRM records

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Google Analytics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with social media management and digital marketing strategies
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
