We are looking for a Client Program Manager to lead and evolve our strategic partnership with TJX, one of our most valued global customers. In this role, you will act as a key connector across teams, driving operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and delivering measurable value across both Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) and Maersk Ground Freight (MGF).
 

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Client Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end success of the TJX partnership—aligning strategy with execution while continuously improving performance across warehousing, transload operations, and ground freight solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for TJX, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment on strategic priorities
  • Lead cross-functional programs across MCL and MGF, driving execution from strategy to delivery
  • Optimize warehouse and transload operations by identifying best practices and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain standardized KPIs to track performance and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Drive speed-to-market improvements through innovative supply chain solutions, including origin optimization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across logistics, product, and operations to enhance service delivery and scalability
  • Anticipate operational challenges and proactively design solutions to improve efficiency, cost, and customer outcomes

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, customer-focused environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of operational or program management experience, ideally within logistics or supply chain
  • Experience working with international supply chains or origin operations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across internal and external teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in complex environments
  • Knowledge of lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is a plus
  • Preferred (not required): PMP, CSCP, or Six Sigma certification
