MTSI is seeking a Cyber Intelligence SME who will serve as the primary enterprise technical advisor to the AFOSI Commander in support of the AFOSI's law enforcement special access programs including cyber, cybersecurity, intelligence, and counter-intelligence. This position also provides direct support to military operations mission sets.  

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
  • Assessment of AFOSI's mission; training/tactics; capabilities; technologies; resourcing; policy; force posture; partnerships and related strategic factors
  • Ability to produce attainable options designed to reduce risk and increase mission effectiveness. 
  • Support HQ AFOSI's Directorate for Enterprise Management (HQ AFOSI/ER) & Resources and the Office of Special Projects (AFOSI PJ) 
  • Provide expert technical support to enhance enterprise strategies; mission planning; policy development/integration; acquisition, capability development, implementation and lifecycle management activities.
  • Support employment of special access programs; strategic integration of law enforcement, counterintelligence, and direct support other military operations with mission partners; budget, congressional and national-level processes.
  • Provide direct support to DoW Enterprise Governance Bodies employed via OUSW(I&S), (P), (A&S), (R&E), as well as Congressional & White House engagements. The position will spend a great deal of time working on National-level topics with frequent access to National, Defense, Military, Foreign and Industry leaders to enable policy-, operational-, or politically-sensitive topics. 

Required:
  • 20+ years of relevant DoD work experience, including experience with Law Enforcement cyber or intelligence / counter-intelligence work 
  • No less than three (3) years’ experience within the last five (5) years in a Special Access Program and/or SCI environment (REQUIRED)
  • Intrinsically motivated team player with a desire to learn including maintenance of technical relevancy
  • MAJCOM level or higher Staff Experience  
  • Strong communications to include verbal and technical writing skills

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.

Clearance Requirements: 
  • Current/active Top Secret/SCI; Current or recent DoD SAP access
  • Subject to a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
